As a writer, cooking instructor and the creative director of culinary travel company Petite Peche & Co.  I am continuously inspired by the rich landscape, lifestyle and aesthetic of the Mediterranean – from Tunisian courtyard design or Southern Italian gardens to the beautiful and varied cuisines and culinary observances upheld throughout the region.
