2010 Dates
I am excited to announce our CULINARY TOUR schedule for 2010-2011. We begin the Spring in Paris with 2 sets of culinary weeks where we sample all the best the city has to offer, meet acclaimed Michelin Starred Chefs, Chocolatiers, and Boutique Owners and learn the secrets to pairing wine and food simply and easily. Then we move to the Mediterranean with a sun filled glittery week in Provence where we stroll in the most beautiful villages and their markets, cook healthy but delicious food and stretch our way into summer. Lastly we wind up in the beauty and splendor of Sicily in the Fall. To place your name on the wait list please email with the specific tour info.

2011 Dates
We begin the year with boots and tweed and a truffle hound on a truffle hunt in the Luberon and make our way to Paris just in time for the Spring season.

Please state your intended choice of class, the number of people in your party and your contact info and we will contact you shortly. Fee:
The fee for our 2010 culinary weeks is $2850 USD. To include Paris as an add on to any tours, please enquire.
The fee for our 2011 culinary weeks is $3250 USD.
The Culinary tour includes all accommodations, transfers to and from airport within the region, or TGV station, breakfast daily, all organized events and transportation during the course of the events, art and food guides, cooking classes, entrance fees, *dinner nightly with wine pairings and all taxes. Transportation to and from the city or country, lunch and personal transportation is not included unless otherwise stated in your class details.
A $1000 non refundable deposit is needed at time of booking. Final Payment is due no later than 90 days prior to date of class.
We suggest trip insurance for your own personal protection, and if for any reason PP&Co has to cancel, all monies will be returned within one week of notice of cancellation. An insurance co we have used: www.InsureMyTrip.com
